Payment Policy

This page explains how you can pay at Vistrella, when you are charged, and how we keep your payment details safe.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
  • Express checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

The payment methods available for your order are always shown at checkout.

Currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown before you pay. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are set by your bank, not by us.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation by email right after.

Payment security

  • Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card payments.
  • All payment information is encrypted during transfer.
  • We never see or store your full card number.

Order verification

To protect you and us against fraud, every order is automatically screened. Occasionally we may ask you to verify an order by email before it ships. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank: we do not receive the reason for a decline.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always paid back to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details and timelines.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can usually resolve it within a day, and much faster than a dispute through your bank.
