These Terms of Service apply to your use of vistrella.com and to every purchase you make through it. ("Vistrella", "we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform and checkout.

1. Using our site

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation, including by uploading malicious code or by scraping or copying our content.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between production batches. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product information at any time.

3. Prices and promotions

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Where we show a sale price next to a higher "compare at" price, the higher price is a price at which the item has previously been offered. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and cannot be applied to past orders.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

You agree to give us accurate and complete contact, shipping and payment information.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DWND Brands LLC and its members, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. This does not remove any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our site and purchases.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. The Terms that apply to an order are the ones in effect when you placed it.
